Grooming and Service Rates
All of the groomers at Classic Grooming have formal education, either from an academy or through an internship program. We are active in continuing education through the National Dog Groomers Association of America as well as through grooming competitions and seminars. We are also a host site for NDGAA workshops and each groomer is certified or working towards a certification.
Service Rates
Grooming and Service Rates depend on breed, style, condition of coat, size and temperament or age of dog. As professional groomers, our rates are based on time with each individual dog, and not always by the specific breed. Each dog is different in size and coat condition, even though it may be the same breed. The amount of labor, not the breed of dog, determine the final price.
If the coat cannot be combed through from the skin out, it may be matted. For extra time spent demoting the coat, for example, there will be additional charges to the base rate.

Proper Coat Care
Classic Grooming believes that proper grooming care for your dog can be a rewarding experience that will result in not only a healthier dog, but a healthier relationship between the two of you. However, proper care is largely misunderstood, and its importance often underestimated. Our philosophy is simple: keeping your dog clean and well-groomed promotes good health. But it goes well beyond hosing your dog in the backyard. It requires proper products, proper preparation and technique.
For years, dog owners have been under the misconception that bathing too often is bad for the dog’s skin and coat. However, this myth is the consequence of poor grooming practices using harmful household soaps, cold water from the garden hose, or human shampoos with inappropriate pH balance. With quality shampoo products made for dogs, like Les Pooches and iGroom grooming systems, a dog can-and-should be bathed as often as needed, even on a daily basis. The results are worth it.
Doggie Fun Center - Come Spa! Come Play!
We understand dogs and their need to exercise. Boredom leads to destructive behaviors such as chewing, licking digging or barking. Play keeps a dog’s body and mind active, and builds a healthier, happier, better behaving pet.
That’s why your dog’s stay at the Classic Grooming’s Fun Center is always rich with activities and attention. Every day is filled with stimulation, interaction play, as well as quiet time in a clean, healthy, fun and nurturing environment. We are dog lovers and pup parents ourselves. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring that your dog is well cared for at all times. The Doggie Fun Center is exclusive and limited to only 20 dogs per day.
Daycare Policy
We accept healthy dogs of all ages. Puppies must be 6 months of age, and she or he must be spayed or neutered. All dogs must be current on Distemper/Parvo, Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations as well as flea and tick preventatives. We reserve the right to turn away any dog that may be unsuitable for this environment.Come Spa! Come Play!
Our Doggie Fun Center (Daycare) is limited to only our grooming clients. This is an extension of our spa services offered. We take reservations and is an additional cost to your grooming services if you want to combine them while your pups are with us. Many clients love to have their dogs play in the morning and get the grooming services in the afternoon so they are fresh when they leave.

Of course we offer daycare packages and days can be used as half days (4 hours or play or under) or full days.

Unlimited Monthly $500
As of March 2022, daycare is sold out as we are maximum capacity.
Passes
All pass rates, except Unlimited Monthly, have no expiration date. Passes can be used in half or full days. Any time 4 hours or under is considered a half day. Unlimited Monthly is a thirty day pass and can be used as often as needed, as we are open and offer daycare 6 days a week.
